To ensure that we only carry authentic items, we have several steps in place:

– We only acquire our memorabilia from reputable sources. We then conduct our own authentication on every item to ensure its legitimacy.

– Having been collectors for over 40 years, there are many items that we have personally gotten autographed.

– In this industry, reputation is everything. We would never knowingly offer anything other than the real deal. We believe in treating people the way we want to be treated, and we know how we would feel if we were sold something that was not genuine.

– We offer the longest return policy in the industry (60 days) and encourage anyone who has doubts to obtain a second opinion. If not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your item back based on the terms and conditions outlined on your Certificate of Authenticity.

Every item is shipped with its own individual Certificate Of Authenticity which identifies the item, lists the autographs found on the item, and includes an item number that is unique to your piece.

Yourpremiermemorabilia.com uses GoDaddy payments. While from a business perspective there may be less expensive options available to us, GoDaddy payments are known for their strict PCI compliance standards, and we believe the safety/security of every transaction is a top priority.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

– Orders over $1,000 will require a signature at delivery. If you ship to an address other than your billing address, please make sure the receiver is aware of this requirement.

– All items purchased as is from the website will ship UPS or FedEx for free in the Continental United States. Custom framing may incur additional shipping charges.

– Once shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. This may take 24-48 hours.

– We work very closely with our shippers to ensure proper packaging, accurate tracking, and prompt delivery.

Send an email detailing the item you wish to return, the reasons for the return, and how you will be shipping the item back. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, less a 20% restocking fee, for returned merchandise; credit will be applied to your original method of payment within seven (7) business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

An artist and their instrument can become inseparable. It is rare that a famous musician gives up their instrument which, most times, they have had for years, and they have almost become an extension of the artist. Additionally, many of these types of guitars cost thousands of dollars and are custom-built to the artist’s specifications. While these items do sometimes become available, they are generally sold at auctions and/or for charity.
